Ladies and gentlemen of the night,

my first Saturn of 2022 that might be also the last depending on the weather. It was shoot at the beginning of my session before it goes out behind the trees.
I again used 2 cameras: a color one and a mono. The ADC was in place behind the Maksutov 180. The color camera was not enough close to the ADC but it was good enough: for the light, I used the mono that was as close as possible behind the ADC. When I did Jupiter afterwards, I managed to get the color one closer: there was still a small extension tube that could be removed. For the processing, I used a resample x2 and a drizzle for the light and a drizzle x1.5 to get something bigger than a stamp. I’m quite satisfied of the result. It’s my best one for this target. WinJUPOS helped a lot here especially that I got 3 satellites in the field to the image measurement (with a big gamma to detect them).

Ami.e.s de la nuit,

my premiere Saturne de 2022 et peut-etre aussi la derniere suivant la meteo. Je l’ai prise en debut de session avant qu’elle ne disparaisse derriere les arbres. J’ai a nouveau utilisee 2 cameras: une couleur et une mono. L’ADC etait place derriere le Matsukov 180. La camera couleur n’etait pas assez pres de l’ADC mais c’etait pas trop grave: pour la luminance j’ai utilisee la mono qui elle etait au plus pres. En 2eme partie de seance pour Jupiter, je me suis apercu que je pouvais encore devisser un petit tube allonge.
Pour le traitement, j’ai utilise un re-echantioolage x2 pour la mono et un drizzle x1.5 pour la couleur pour eviter la tille timbre poste. Je suis plutot satisfait du resultat. C’est ma meilleure pour cette cible. WinJUPOS est vraiment fort surtout avec un alignement facilite par 3 satellites dans le champ (avec un tres fort gamma pour les detecter).
